First Ordinance amending the Ordinance containing new rules as to the control of potato diseases.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Maximum Residue Limits Ordinance of 5 June 2001 (BGBl. I p. 1006, 1008). In particular, it rewords article 11 dealing with ban of planting potatos in areas where potato diseases have been found. The text consists of 3 articles.
