An Act to amend the Commonwealth Development Authority Act of 1984 (P.L. 5-27).

This Act amends the Commonwealth Development Authority Act of 1984 in relation with powers of the Commonwealth Development Authority to carry out certain financial transactions and to use the proceeds of such transactions.
