The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to wine growing in the Canton of Schaffhausen. Article 2 establishes that the Office of Agriculture nominates a Vine Growing Cadaster Commission with a view to ensure appropriate conditions for vine growing and to control the quality of imported wine. The text consists of 34 articles divided into 6 chapters as follows: Vine growing (1); Monitoring of grape harvest (2); Certificate of origin (3); Production areas, off-cuts and addition of sugar (4); Execution (5); Transitional and final provisions (6).
