These Regulations concern the sale, storage, transportation and processing of milk and milk beverages. The Regulations, among other things, provide for: permits to sell milk and milk beverages; restrictions on the sale of imported milk; precautions against contamination of milk; granting of milk factory licences; offences and penalties; etc.
