This Ministerial Decree establishes the composition and the modalities of elaboration of regional forest plans that determine the scope and the tasks of forest planning, arrangements for the forest development within the boundaries of forestry of forest park. Forest plan shall be elaborated for the period of 10 years. Forest plan shall be elaborated in accordance with forest management, forest inventory, the state forest register and statistics regarding forest management, conservation, protection and reproduction.
