This Ministerial Decree regulates access to information about forest estate by natural and legal persons. Information about forest estate includes registration of forest estate, the state forest monitoring and forest organization data obtained and stored by the authorized forest institution. The users of information about forest estate shall be: (a) the state institutions and organizations carrying out land use planning, management of natural and forest resources, and also protected areas; (b) scientific and research institutions; and (c) other natural and legal persons. Access to the information about forest estate shall be free and public and it shall be granted at the request of the organizations and persons concerned.
