This Regulation enacts sections 151 (2) (b) and 151.1 of the Forest Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 157. Section 2 lays down provisions relating to the establishment and listing of forest regions, and section 3 contains provisions relating to the establishment and listing of forest districts.
