Lower Saxony Hunting Law.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to hunting in the Land of Lower Saxony. The text consists of 43 articles divided into 9 Parts as follows: Hunting rights (I); Hunting districts and hunting grounds (II); Participation of third parties in the practice of hunting rights (III); Hunting licence (IV); Limitation of hunting, duties involved in the practice of hunting (V); Protection of hunting (VI); Damages resulting from game and hunting (VII); Hunting authorities, hunting organization (VIII); Final provisions (IX).
