The text consists of 39 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Main ponds, high waters ponds, containment installations, protection ponds, protection dunes (1); Land before ponds, security land stripes (2); Property (3); Defence of ponds, emergency ponds, second pond lines (4); Competent authorities, monitoring of ponds, penalties (5); Transitional and final provisions (6).
