Decree implementing Directive 2006/139/EC adapting to technical progress Council Directive 76/769/EEC as regards restrictions on the marketing and use of arsenic compounds.
This Decree amends the Annex to Presidential Decree No. 904 of 1982 by replacing point 17, which deals with restrictions applicable to arsenic compounds.
