These Regulations amend Schedule 1 of the Fisheries (Infringement Offences) Regulations, 2001 by revoking the item that relates to the offence of taking or possessing rock lobsters in contravention of regulation 5A(1) of the Fisheries (Central Area Amateur Fishing Regulations) 1986.
