The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the discharge of waste water in public waste water plants. However the Ordinance does not apply to domestic waters and rainwater. Such a discharge shall need a previous authorization by the Water Office which shall be released only if the requirements as laid down in the Federal Waster Water Ordinance in the version of 17 June 2004 are fully complied with. The text consists of 10 articles and 1 Annex.
