Act No. 346/2005 amending the Act on genetically modified organisms and genetic products.

This Act amends 29 points of the Act on genetically modified organisms and genetic products. The amendments mainly concern: the issue of permissions for the introduction of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) into the environment; information on GMOs; marking of GMOs; elaboration of the emergency plan; marketing; penalties.
