Decree No. 373/2000 establishing requirements for closed areas and laying down protection measures against risks posed by treatment of genetically modified organisms.

This Decree was adopted by the Ministry of Environment in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Agriculture. It sets out requirements applicable to closed areas and lays down protection measures against risks posed by activities involving the treatment of genetically modified organisms.
