Article 1 of the present Ordinance establishes that the use of plant protection substances from third parties shall have to be reported to the Plant Protection Office of Berlin two weeks before starting the relevant operation; forms for this purpose are made available by the said Office. Part 2 of the Ordinance deals with some particulars of examination proceedings for plant protection experts. The text consists of 13 articles divided into 3 Parts.
