This Executive Order exempts fishing vessels from the payment of fees due for the issue and renewal of the annual license for loading and landing service. It specifies that during the period from 13 February 2018 to 12 February 2019, fishing vessels shall be exempt from the payment of the above mentioned fees, as referred to in Article 115 of the General Charge of Emoluments of the Directorate for Maritime Affairs and Water Affairs.
