The text consists of 44 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions and definition of terms (I); Duty to report (II); Traffic regulations (IV); Safety provisions for the transhipment of goods (V); Other provisions (VI); Penalties and final provisions (VII). Three Annexes are enclosed.
