The present Ordinance implements the Council Directive 76/464/EEC on pollution caused by certain hazardous substances discharged into the aquatic environment of the Community. In particular, article 3 deals with special programmes to reduce pollution of surface waters, coastal waters and groundwater. Article 4 concerns authorizations to discharge in certain cases waters containing hazardous substances listed in the Annex into surface waters and coastal waters. The text consists of 4 articles and 1 Annex.
