The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of forest fees for the maintenance of forests in the following cases: extraction of minerals, industrial commercial use, construction of houses, construction and extension of traffic roads. According to Article 2 the amount of the charge is related to the activities carried out. The text consists of 4 articles.
