This Ministerial Decree regulates forest management of the state forest fund. Forest management shall be carried out in accordance with common scheme established by the authorized forest institution. The purpose of forest management shall be to ensure the annual renewal of forest management projects of public forest owners. In the process of forest management shall be carried out the following arrangements: (a) inventory; (b) mapping; (c) registration of forest resources; and (d) monitoring. Forest management shall cover the period of three years and shall be carried out in three stages: (a) preparatory (the first year); (b) field (the second year) and (c) cameral (the third year).
