Legislative Decree No. 205 implementing Directive 2005/33/EC amending Directive 1999/32/EC relating to a reduction in the sulphur content of fuels for maritime use.

This Legislative Decree amends certain provisions of the Code on the Environment concerning fuels for maritime use. In particular, it amends several articles laid down in Title III, Part V as well as Annex X of Part V of the Code concerning liquid fuels used in the maritime sector. The amendments are laid down in accordance with European Community Directive 2005/33/EC, which amends Directive 1999/32/EC relating to a reduction in the sulphur content of fuels for maritime use.
