This Ministerial Decree establish that the state register of wild flora shall contain continuously updated data bank on species, quantity, qualitative characteristics, geographic area and use of wild flora. All wild vascular plants and mushrooms classified as rare and endangered species shall be recorded in the state register of wild flora. The basic principles of keeping the state register of wild flora shall be: (a) complete coverage of all wild flora species; (b) uniformity of data collection and reporting; (c) centralized keeping of the state register; (d) reliability of information and continuity of updating.
