The present Law lays down provisions relating to the sustainable development of agricultural economy and rural areas. In particular, its specific purpose is to create a favourable framework for a sustainable development of agriculture and to promote the production of safe and high quality food. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Promotion of financial agricultural measures (II); Conservation, Formation and development of agricultural land (III); Final provisions (IV).
