Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2006 (S.I. of 301 of 2006).

These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes Regulations 2005 by giving a new definition of "moorland" as a consequence of a revision of the Moorland Map of England 1992 by the Moorland Map of England 2006.
