Trade in Endangered Species Amendment Act, 2007.

This Act amends the Trade in Endangered Species Act, 1989 by omitting “port or aerodrome” in section 39(1) and substituting “port, aerodrome, transitional facility, or Customs controlled area”, and by adding a new subsection (6) to section 39.
