The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to maximum values for phosphats in cleaning agents and detergents. In particular, article 2 establishes that producers, importers and distributors shall not bring into circulation cleaning agents and detergents exceeding the maximum values fixed in the present Ordinance. Article 3 deals with cleaning agents and detergents used in laundries. The text consists of 8 articles and 1 Annex.
