Commission Directive 2008/15/EC amending Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council to include clothianidin as an active substance in Annex I thereto.
This Directive amends Annex I to Directive 98/8/EC by including clothianidin in the list of active substances with requirements agreed at European Community level for inclusion in biocidal products.
