These Regulations amend the Plant Protection Products Regulations 2005 by giving a new definition for Council Directive 91/414/EEC, implemented by the principal Regulations, so that references to that Directive are updated. Schedule 1 to the Regulations, which sets out the instruments the amend that Directive, is revoked.
