Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) (Implementation) Regulations, 2008 (L.N. 61 of 2008).

Pursuant to articles 121, 125 and 126 of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, these provisions appoint the Malta Standards Authority as the competent authority responsible for ensuring the enforcement of legislation concerning the marketing and use of chemicals.
