Commission Directive 2008/39/EC amending Directive 2002/72/EC relating to plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
This Directive lays down some amendments to Directive 2002/72/EC, with particular regard to the European Community list of additives which may be used for the manufacture of plastic materials and articles, as well as related restrictions.
