Commission Regulation (EC) No. 223/2008 laying down conditions and procedures for the recognition of producer organisations of silkworm rearers.

This Regulation establishes the conditions under which producer organizations of silkworm rearers may obtain recognition, upon application submitted to the competent authority of the Member State concerned. These provisions include requirements relating to membership of the organization, activities carried out by the organization and legal personality.
