This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities for the identification and validation of national border crossing points of the Russian Federation for the import of chemicals, radioactive substances, waste and other substances harmful to human health and food. In the process of validation of such crossing points, the intensity of transportation and degree of hazardousness of substances to human health and food shall be taken into consideration. Special equipment shall be installed for inspection and control of the aforesaid substances.
