European Communities (Dehydrated Preserved Milk) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 (S.I. 124 of 2008).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Dehydrated Preserved Milk) Regulations 2003 so as to give legal effect to Directive 2007/61/EC providing for the standardisation of protein content of partly or wholly dehydrated milk. These Regulations should be read in conjunction with that Directive.
