The present Regulation enacts section 24 of the Bee Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to bee quarantine districts. The text consists of 5 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Bee quarantine districts (2); Permit requirement (3); Terms of permit (4); Waiver of permit requirement (5). One Schedule is enclosed listing the bee quarantine districts.
