Environment and Heritage Legislation Amendment Act (No. 1) 2006 (No. 165 of 2006).

This Act amends the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 in relation with extended application of the Act to match extended management of fisheries under the Fisheries Management Act 1991 and other matters.
