Act no. 443/2004 on amendment and supplement to act on wastes and on amendment and supplement to certain acts in wording of later regulations.

The Act is composed of four Section. Section 1 amends the Act on wastes. In particular it amends provisions concerning import, export and transit of wastes and provisions concerning handling of wastes. Section 2 amends the Act on packaging. In particular it amends provisions concerning packaging wastes collection and recovery and register of obliged persons.
