Decree No. 29 of the State Standard Authority validating the coal certification system.

This Decree stipulates that the purpose of coal certification shall be to ensure compliance with product quality and safety requirements. The authorized state certification institution for coal shall be the Central Certification Authority. The Decree establishes the procedure and structure of coal certification and the modalities for registering the outcome.
