Ministerial Decree No. 105 validating the Regulation on the classification of waterways as navigable and the list of navigable waterways.

This Ministerial Decree establishes criteria for the classification of waterways as navigable during navigation periods, the functioning of navigation waterworks (sluices) and the observance of ecological and sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the operation of navigable waterways. It also contains the list of navigable waterways.
