This Ministerial Decree establishes that the Uzbek certification centre of cotton fibre Sifat shall be responsible for: (a) certification and quality control of cotton fibre in accordance with standards for cotton growing and storage; (b) research in the area of cotton certification; and (c) providing customers with certified samples of cotton fibre.
