The present Ordinance introduces some amendment to the Packaging Waste Ordinance of 21 August 1998 (BGBl. I p. 2379). In particular, the Ordinance rewords article 6 on duty to take back products with faulty packagings; article 8 on duty to take back products with hazardous packaging; article 9 on duty to take back bottles; and article 15 on penalties.
