This Ordinance recognizes the power of the Secretary for the Environment, Transport and Works to make regulations advisable for the protection of forests and plants. The Ordinance further provides for the following matters: offences and penalties; powers of inspection, search and seizure; acts prohibited in forests; grant of special permits.
