This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities for distributing quotas for industrial fisheries (except coastal fisheries) on the continental shelf and in the EEZ of the Russian Federation. Quotas for industrial fisheries shall be distributed among applicants by allocating shares of quotas over a ten-year period. Applicants must submit the following data and documents to the Federal Fisheries Agency: (a) full name, bank account number and Taxpayer Identification Number; (b) amount of catch for the previous four years; (c) copy of constitutive documents; (d) documents attesting ownership of the fishing vessels; and (e) tax inspection certificate attesting absence of arrears. Applications must be submitted between15 August and 30 September of each year.
