This Regional Legislative Decree, composed of five Chapters divided in 47 articles and three Annexes, institutes the Natural Park of Pico Island integrating all protected areas of the island. The Decree sets the Park’s management objectives and specific objectives for each of the protected areas comprised within the Park. Moreover, it defines the territorial limits of the Park.
