The purpose of the present Ordinance is to regulate the issue of measures on structural improvement according to the Cantonal Agriculture Law of 7 June 1984 and the implementation of the federal measures on the same subject. Furthermore, the Ordinance regulates the agricultural credit institutes and the cantonal Agricultural Fund. The text – consisting of 13 articles – deals with the following matters: sphere of application, competence, agricultural credit institutes, contributions for structural improvement, Agricultural Fund and final provisions.
