These Rules make provision for various matters regarding decision-making and the decisional structure of the Betwa River Board. The Rules shall regulate the following: location of the Board; meetings of the Board; quorum; agenda; minutes; questions to be decided by a majority of the votes; delegation of powers; etc. The Rules also define the internal organization of the Executive Committee and provide for meetings of the Committee, quorum, agenda, minutes, etc. The Rules further provide for the following matters: appointment of officers and employees of the Board; terms and conditions of service; budget and annual reports of the Board; procedures for the settlement of disputes; etc.
