The present Regulations enact section 17 of the Farm Practices Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the Farm Practices Review Board. The text – consisting of 25 sections – deals with the following matters: rules of practice and procedure, complaints, mediation, proceedings before the Board, panel hearings and procedure for determination of normal farm practice.
