Decree No. 447 of 2007 containing rules for certain fluorinated greenhouse gases so as to implement Regulation (EC) No. 842/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases (Decree Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Wms 2007).

This Decree implements in the Netherlands provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 842/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases. The Decree appoints the Minister responsible for the environment as the competent authority for purposes of Articles 3 and 6 of the Council Regulation and amends the Decree Greenhouse Gases Wms 2003.
