This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles regarding the conclusion of agricultural production contracts between, on the one hand, growers or their representing producer organizations and, on the other hand, individuals and companies buying their products. Holdings involved in such contracts must be registered under the farmers’ registration scheme. Provisions which must be included in these contracts are specified.
