These Regulations, consisting of 41 sections divided into five Parts and completed by on Schedule, implements the Aquaculture Act 2001 by providing specifications on the drafting of aquaculture policies (sect. 4), regulating lisenced activities (Part 3), dividing or amalgamating lease areas and licence areas (Part 4), and fees and offences.
