This Resolution decrees the permanent protection of the following plant species: festival of strawberry (fragile); Abu Halawa novel (orange); M13 family of Indian corn; and, M118 family of millet. The protection of the aforementioned species shall enter into force on the date of the issuance of the Protection Certificate and shall expire in accordance with article 193 of Law No. 82 of 2002.
